Get on the lineup
The work group reaches out to tour candidates each week, and the door swings both ways: any REALTOR® who wants a home on tour can reach out to the work group, or simply submit the form below. Sign-ups close 2 PM Wednesday.
Present at the meeting
Come to the Thursday meeting (9:00 to 10:00 AM) and give the room a quick intro to your property. The $50 per home fee is collected there.

Right after the meeting, agents tour the lineup from 10 AM to 1 PM across Fremont, Union City and Newark: your listing in front of the people who sell here.

How does a home get on the tour?
Tour candidates are reached out to by a member of the Super Tour work group. It works the other way too: any REALTOR® who wants a home on tour contacts the work group, or submits the form on this page, which goes straight to the council.
When do sign-ups close?
2 PM Wednesday, the day before the tour. Last-minute additions are taken if there is room on the tour.
How many homes run on a tour?
The tour rolls with as few as 1 home and caps at 5, so the caravan stays a morning, not a marathon.
What does it cost?
$50 per home, collected at the Thursday meeting when you present your listing.
How do I reach the work group?
Email, call, or text any member of the work group, or catch them in person at the Thursday meeting. Not sure who to ask? Submit the form below or email the council and it gets to the right people.
