We'll use this space for the things members ask about most:
- Market updates — what we're seeing on the ground across Fremont, Newark, and Union City, and what it means for the families we serve.
- Guest speakers — who's coming to the podium, and the highlights worth remembering after they've spoken.
- Meeting recaps — the announcements, the wins, and the takeaways from our Thursday gatherings, for anyone who couldn't make it.
- Community — the causes we support and the people who make this council what it is.
Why now
The council has always been about one thing: showing up for each other. A blog lets us do that beyond Thursday morning — a place to point a new agent, share a market read with a client, or catch up on what you missed.
Where the best gather. That's been true in the room for years. Now it's true here, too.
