At the Thursday, July 30 meeting we did something the council has never done before: we toured our own website, together, on the big screen. A walkthrough of everything TCMCBayArea.com can do today, then an open forum on what it should do next.

What the talk covered
The short version, for the record:
- The front door. A homepage with a live countdown to Thursday, the weekly rhythm written down, and this week's speaker in lights.
- The Super Tour, upgraded. Every home on the tour now gets a page of its own, and the listing agent is the headline: name, brokerage, DRE, and one tap to call. This week there are two: 1315 Skelton Ave and 571 Bernal Common.
- The people. Every member with a page of their own on the directory.
- The journal talks back. Posts like this one now take comments, with a real first and last name, reviewed by the council before they appear. Try it at the bottom of this page.
- The council publishes itself. The board writes and publishes with an email login. No developer required.
The asks from slide 15
Three things the site is still waiting for, and all three belong to the people in that room:
- Sponsor logos. The sponsor wall still says "your logo here." If that spot should be yours, tell us.
- How to join. The site says when to show up. It should also say how to
become a member.
That content is coming.Done, the same day: the membership form is live. - Your ideas. Every suggestion from the forum goes on the roadmap. The ones we heard on July 30 already have.
