If you've never been, a Thursday with the Tri-Cities Marketing Council is simpler, and more useful, than you might expect. Here's how the morning tends to go, so you know exactly what you're walking into.
The meeting: 9:00 to 10:00 AM
The morning starts at 8:45 AM with breakfast and coffee, and the meeting is called to order at 9:00 sharp, running to 10:00 AM at Realty Experts, 41051 Mission Blvd in Fremont. Admission is $5, and breakfast and coffee are included. Come as you are; your first visit is on us.
The meeting itself moves quickly:
- Welcome and announcements: what's happening in the council and the community.
- A guest speaker, most weeks: a lender, inspector, title rep, or local expert with something practical to share.
- New and featured listings: members present what's coming to market, so the whole room knows what's out there before it hits the wider world.
The Super Tour: 10 AM to 1 PM
After the meeting, the room hits the road. From 10 AM to 1 PM, members preview the week's lineup (up to five homes) across Fremont, Newark, and Union City, seeing listings in person, meeting the agents behind them, and getting a real feel for pricing and condition that no photo can capture. You may also hear it called the broker tour; the Super Tour is the same Thursday caravan, and the full rules live at TCMCBayArea.com/super.
Previewing a home in person is still the fastest way to know whether it's right for your buyer. The Super Tour puts a morning's worth of homes within reach.
Why it works
Presenting a listing to an engaged room of local agents, and then walking it in person, is marketing that portals can't replicate. For buyers' agents, it's a head start. For listing agents, it's exposure to exactly the people most likely to bring an offer. Want yours on the lineup? Submit it here.
Come see for yourself
You don't need to be a member to visit. Grab a coffee, meet the room, and see why the Tri-Cities' best keep showing up week after week. We'll save you a seat.
